Thomas-Vinçottestraat 1 - Gieterijstraat 1 - Gieterijstraat 3, 2830 Willebroek (Belgium)

Mobirise

Project Vredebrug includes 41 new construction apartments with commercial and/or space for liberal professions. The whole project is framed in an innovative architectural style with south-facing private gardens and terraces.

"Living a stone's throw from the center of Willebroek on the former 'De Naeyer' site."

This project offers a wide range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with full private terraces or gardens.

Three apartment complexes with architectural originality.

Architecture and style.

The architecture (Studio Inarco) is modern and timeless, both inside and out. There is literally and figuratively "an edge off" that gives the three buildings a unique and aesthetic appearance.

Responding to the timeless trend of lots of light and an open kitchen, the large windows create a pleasant interior that offers optimal integration between the kitchen and living room.

Energy Efficiency and Profitability.

The project has responded to the stricter increasing energy efficiency requirements they are imposing on new construction projects. With at least an E-level of 30, there will be significant savings on energy bills in the future. With the option to add solar panels to the home, the E-level can be driven down even further and provided with green energy. This will pay off in the long run.

Mobirise

Varying target audience with a common love of outdoor space

Vredebrug is applicable to several different target groups partly because of its location and space planning. Both young and old, and even families can find their "liking" in the project.

Vredebrug also answers the demand for spacious terraces and gardens, which connects all target groups together.

Press articles about the new Vredebrug construction project.

On the former historic site of the De Naeyer paper mill, the new construction project called "Vredebrug" is starting. De Naeyer was not only a producer of paper, but also determined the future of Willebroek, of which some authentic elements can still be seen, such as the factory wall, gates and the protected water tower. Today this factory has given way to a quiet and versatile residential neighborhood for young and old. The steel Peace Bridge also contributes to the history of Willebroek, which was built after the liberation of Antwerp after WWII. Hence the name of the project "Vredebrug".
