The name derives from the street name Old God Street, whose location is an extension of the well-known cozy Berg Street. Just one street away from the N15, the connecting road to the cozy city of Mechelen.
Part of the façade of one house blends into the other, allowing the residential units to flow seamlessly into each other and together form a beautiful, harmonious unit.
Architect Nancy Van Steen, from Heist-op-den-Berg, has added a masterful design to the cozy and homey streetscape.
Each home has a first floor with a spacious entrance hall, storage room and a flexible room that can be used as a bedroom or office. In addition, there is a covered parking space for two cars.
On the second floor you will find the cozy living space, consisting of a living room, dining room, kitchen and office, plus a separate toilet. Through a sliding door you can walk straight onto the garden and terrace.

Because the site is sloped, extra attention must be paid to lighting and sight lines.
